For designated models of CCTF, you can enjoy the warranty services for your device at designated CCTF authorized service centers in the markets set out in the CCTF International Warranty Service policy specific for each designated model.

CCTF Supported Services

In-Warranty Service

Customers should provide a valid purchase proof and warranty card. After inspected by the CCTF authorized service center and confirmed that the our products meets the warranty conditions, you can enjoy the in-warranty service for free².
Warranty determination rules are subjected to the local service center.

Out-of-Warranty Service

For the devices that the warranty period has expired or is not covered by warranty, damaged spare parts can be replaced at the designated local CCTF authorized service centers² with a charge. The price of spare parts and the labor fee are subjected to the CCTF authorized service center where the service is provided.

Software Upgrade Service

Bring your device to the designated CCTF authorized service center, and we will help you upgrade your device to the latest version. ³
